We have a fully computerised stock control system in our Dorset, UK head office, which allows us to despatch the right parts to you, quickly and efficiently. If you are in the UK, our engineers carry most of the regular spares with them on their vans, otherwise UPS, Fedex & TNT deliver for us both in the UK and worldwide, often next day.

And remember, because we have the original documentation for your Setmaster machine, we know which part you need, so you know it will fit perfectly. And because we have the original documentation, we can also get hold of parts for you quickly if they are obsolete or out of stock.
